Fitness for your lifestyle
“My goal for clients is to find activities they enjoy and exercise programs that fit into their lifestyle.”

My training philosophy
Our bodies are designed to move—without discomfort, at any age.
An active lifestyle and consistent exercise is vital for overall wellness and can provide relief from the demands of work, family, stress, and long days at desks.
I enjoy incorporating nature in my workouts, whether through running or biking outside, hiking or training in the park. Appreciating earth’s beauty while nurturing our bodies can energize our spirits and help de-stress our minds and give us something to look forward to every week.

My Clients
I work with clients regardless of gender, age, race, weight, fitness levels, or mobility issues. A diverse clientele keeps me actively learning and designing exercise routines for people at any fitness level.
My clients have ranged from young competitive athletes to limited-mobility seniors. I take a “health at every size” approach when designing programs.
Programs are designed collaboratively so clients find the expectations manageable and their SMART fitness goals attainable.
Pre- and Post- Natal Training
I found pregnancy to be the most precious time in my life. The more I exercised, the better I felt physically and my body felt more prepared for birth. My goal is to educate mothers on safe ways to exercise and maintain their strength for healthy child births.
It is my wish that moms and babies thrive physically during pregnancy and long after.
Gaining my certificate to work with moms has enriched my experience as a trainer and is truly rewarding. I understand the challenges of postpartum and believe movement along with emotional support can alleviate some that transitional stress.
